Co-Founder & CEO
Greg Vasey is Co-Founder and CEO of Smith Mechanical Services, LLC, a commercial HVAC/R and mechanical contracting company headquartered in Massachusetts and serving clients across New England. Under Greg's leadership, Smith Mechanical is expanding organically and through strategic acquisitions across the Northeast. Greg brings nearly two decades of multi-unit operations experience, having scaled teams at Five Guys, Dunkin', and The Taco Truck, and is a co-founder of Hyde Park Ventures, whose Five Guys operation spans seven states. That operator's mindset shapes how Smith serves its clients: responsive service, disciplined execution, and a seamless, professional experience on every job.
Jody Goehring
Co-Founder & Senior Advisor
A seasoned entrepreneur with 20+ years across consulting, investment banking, technology, and hospitality, Jody co-founded Smith Mechanical Services and helps guide its operations and growth. He also oversees one of the largest Five Guys franchises in the country, with 1,300+ employees across seven states.

With over 15 years in public and private accounting, Brad leads finance across the Hyde Park Ventures group, including Smith Mechanical, bringing assurance, accounting, and consulting expertise to every part of the business.

Office Manager

She helps keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting our team and customers with professionalism, organization, and care. Tracy holds an Associate Degree in Science and is also a Certified Personal Trainer, reflecting her commitment to continued growth and helping others succeed.

Steve Melo serves as Fleet and Warehouse Manager at Smith Mechanical Services, where he has been a valued member of the team since 2025. With more than 10 years of experience as a mechanic, Steve oversees the maintenance and reliability of the company's fleet while managing warehouse operations, inventory, and equipment. His technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to operational efficiency help ensure the organization has the resources needed to deliver exceptional service to its customers.
